Permanently Banned . from imvu HELP!

I got a email a couple months back saying ''Your IMVU account has been disabled due to a Terms of Service violation, specifically use of an unauthorized version of IMVU's 3D Chat application that is obtained from somewhere else. This ban is permanent.'' filed tickets , get the same automated answer IMVU's customer service is TRASH , I really would like my account back the username was ''SouljaBoy'' , is it gone forever ? Or can i get it back ? WHAT SHOULD I DO

Did you ask them why you are permanently banned?

Well the email said unauthorized version of imvu 3D client but when i asked them in tickets they said they dont disclose that information

The only way to get your account back then is to take IMVU inc to small claims court. Court costs run around $25 - $40, and you will have to provide proof that IMVU inc does a sufficient amount of business in your state through membership and prepaid card sales before your local government will allow you to sue them across state lines.

IMVU is afraid of court. They always give the account back if you try to take them to court. It is easier for them to give an account back than it is to fight a court battle, and IMVU inc hates loosing money. They will not take their chances in court. They always give the account back before the court date.

I do not know the exact laws of your state, so I do not know if age matters. If you are not independent, then you might need your provider to sue on your behalf.

Alright so if i follow through with the court they will give the account back do you know ppl who did this ?

I know 5 different people who have done this and none of them once getting the papers severed to IMVU failed. The main obstical is getting your state to server the papers to a company whose headquarters is across state lines, which requires you to prove that the company does sufficient business within your state. This can be proven through IMVU's people search which can be searched for members by state, showing millions of users within your state. It can also be proven by pointing out all of the stores in your state which sell IMVU pre-paid cards.
