Hi Recently imvu banned my account from buying credits or even anything related to money. I tried contacting customer support and all. And I've told them countless times I do not remember the email address I used to create the account I changed my email address after I got banned and got it back Yeats ago and I don't remember it. Anyone got tips on how to get ur original email because i am loosing my mind with imvu customer support which isn't helping at all

I think they should help you out, once you provide all the other possible informations except email i remember i had the same situation with one of my alts and they helped me unlock it again with a new e-mail.
In your case i have no idea what they asked that you didn't verify, but im sure there is something you didnt verify.
try to contact them via phone if possible, this helps way more than the ticket/live chats.

I got an email from them that all the other things were accurate but to try and remember my old email address because sometimes it wouldn't be the same person who made the account that changed it. So still need my old email. I tried calling them not much of a help all they kept saying they need the email.

ehh, i mean you're simply saying that you forgot it.. they're too stupid to understand that an imvu user could easily forget 1 or 2 of his own info that he added (while creating his own account years ago) but yea they're stupid thats what i can say really.
