~shrugs~ Running an event takes allot of effort and I try to make most events productive towards the family. You are right though, we need to hold more contests to help new members get noticed. Then again, I need to take the time to make some video tutorials on how to use our forums. The reason most people come here and never get noticed is because they do not know how to use forums ... and so they never post.

I am open to your ideas, just not ones that have nothing to do with a hall of fame.

No, I mean that we should keep the Hall of Fame as one and not put in anyone who hasnt been a big part of TIM at a time. Like Jon, Alex, Chris etc could be added and would have my votes as they have been a huge part of this.

Ah, I see; you are saying that only members from older generations with large amounts of activity should be allowed into the Hall Of Fame. ... and no dues at all should be given to new members?

No I mean that new members shouldnt be in the Hall of Fame, we can get something else set up for that but a Hall Of Fame is not the place for that.

No... Staff members are not new as you need to go through a lot of training, if you are new and staff you must have had an impact on this. Im not saying anything against new members and dont know why you think I am, Im only saying we are keeping the Hall of Fame as a Hall of Fame and not as a forum to show off members.

You didn't say Staff Members to be voted, you just said have Staff name 1-3 Members.
