We only gained 30 new members last week, which is not many considering we normally gain at lest 120 per week. The traffic on our site does not seem to have gone down much in the past week; the number of people visiting our site seems to have stayed about the same (180 per day).

Where we are loosing members from:
1) we use to have several ads in IMVU Groups, but since I retired...I have not been placing them up in the free credits groups every week, so we are loosing about 20 members per week from there
2) the black market use to bring in about 30 members per week, but now it is only bringing in 8 since IMVU fixed PR, so we are loosing about another 20 members per week from there

All of that accounts for about 40 out of the 80 new members we did not gain last week. In order to fix this, we need to renew the ads in IMVU Groups and we need to find something attracting to replace The Black Market.

ok we have to put on our thinking caps... i say we intercept the new members on imvu to entice them in coming here

Tony and Trane are both gone, so it is just you, and I only have it keep track of countries that go over 30.
