I hope those that are still trying to stop never give up. So much help out there now please reach out and get it. I never smoked but growing up being around family that did even as a child I couldnt stand the smell of cig. As a adult I watched some of these people die because of cig. Best of luck to all on what ever habit your kicking. We all have one.
