In marble walls as white as milk = represents bones
lined with skin as soft as silk = represents the human skin
Within a fountain crystal clear = I think its a metaphor to blood?
a golden apple does appear = heart?

The heart is within a stronghold with no doors, but there is always someone that steal our heart with love.

I think it is xD maybe I'm wrong...

A white egg? Though the egg's "skin" isn't soft... That's the only thing that makes me doubt >_<

You're right. It's an egg.

In marble walls as white as milk, - The shell of an egg.
lined with skin as soft as silk. - I'm not sure, but it made me think of this soft skin that you find when you break apart a boiled egg.
Within a fountain crystal clear, - That clear stuff around the yolk.
a golden apple does appear. - The yolk.
No doors are there to this stronghold, - Eggs don't have an opening, it's just a shell with no cracks.
yet theives break in and steal the gold. - We break it for the yolk.

If I'm right, the riddle wasn't created right. The skin is the beggining of the external structure of almost all mammals. So it rather would be something like "lined with flesh as soft as silk"

I think it's fine, because if you boil the egg, the yolk is still there, as well as everything else. [But the liquid would no longer be so clear.]
When you break the shell off to eat the boiled egg, you notice two skins. A soft, fragile skin and the outer, hard shell.
