I'm looking for soldiers willing to fight with me against Imvu staff.

Historical overview:

1. About two months ago imvu banned / disabled all my accounts linked to my IP claiming that I was using a non-original client.

2. In my accounts were not stolen items, UFI, or anything that violates the TOS.

3. I was not using any non-original client since 8/9 months.

4. I am a mesher enough in evidence and these accounts contain all of my original meshes, they are connected to thousands of derivations.

5. I asked countless times details and proof, but never they gave me these informations. After many battles (Help Tickets and BBB's complaint) the Nazi staff said:

"There is no appeal to this decision. According to our terms of service, IMVU reserves the right to (a) terminate your access to your account, your ability to post to this Service and (b) refuse, delete or remove any Submissions or reclassify Submissions and move them, for example, from "public" to "private" or "restricted / adult" status, for any action IMVU Determines That is inappropriate or disruptive to this Service or to any other user of this Service with or without cause and with or without notice, for any reason or no reason. "

Goals:

6. The only reason I wanted get back my accounts was to break all my meshes to stop Imvu to earn from my personal models (about 500 personal 3D models covered by my copyright)

7. What I want to do are so many DMCA to my products so Imvu will be forced to remove from his Imvu.com catalog and repay every developers who derived my stuff.

I'll do what I can.

If you send me all of your account names, I can generate a list of pids for all of your products. Then we can make a program that loops through the pids and auto-generates DMCA's for every pid. Finally, you should just need soldiers to send them.

They link the accounts using BlueCava. If you avoid BlueCava, then the accounts do not link. BlueCava is the spyware inside of the IMVU client. You can use IMVULite instead, which does not contain BlueCava.

Also, if your account is ever disabled, do not log into your other accounts right away. Instead, visit their HP's to see if they are disabled or not. Often, IMVU will not disable the account till you try to login.

Not correct. If you are not in Cali, then instead you can open a case against their distributors. (companies selling prepaid cards in your area) On top of that, there are federal level channels you can go through.
