hi guys, i was uploaded some files, it was uploaded succesful before cleaning,
then when im tryin to reupload with other account, its show an error like this : http://prntscr.com/e4ddgh
how to make a deal with that things?

i just did decrypting,removing json files, and hashing.
does that things makes the files bigger?

Both decrypting and using the Hash Offsetter can increase file sizes. Use a lower setting on the Hash Offsetter.

rooms is 50%, so i need to lower it ? how much minimum? does 30% is ok?

Lower it by 10% each time. If you feel it's getting too low than you can try reducing the textures. I know Don already reduces them pretty heavily but if you're willing to lose out on a lot of detail you can switch all the textures to 16x16 solid colors.
