imvu disabled account - derived from GA product rated UFI

one of my accounts was disabled and i see that is is because i created a product UFI and when i checked i found out i was just derived a product without adding any thing on it and i see it a regular product and i cant find any way to contact imvu to fight this decision because i am unable to sign in how i can send the ticket then?

i had an acct disabled recently. I created a new acct, i did not add vip but i opened a ticket and was able to resolve the issue through the new guest acct. You have to wait about 24 hours for a response via ticket if you don't have vip. If u get vip, u can click to chat and get help quicker. I wasn't about to pay $10 for vip on an acct i had no use for so i just waited the 24 hrs and used ticket method.

ok ty i will do that then make new account and try to send a ticket form it

Making new accounts, you will get VIP on it for 24 hours (one day).
