Does any else "love" imvu support?
My account was recently put on hold so I filled out a case to see what the issue was. They told me I had violated something on their TOS about earning credits. Before this hold, I wasn't on for multiple weeks, so I am still very confused. They gave me a warning and said they are able to take my account off hold and closed my case. The thing is they never even took my account off hold, I still can't purchase anything and I can't even purchase VIP so that way I don't have to wait 2 days in-between each message they send me from the case. Currently still waiting for the second reply on why my account wasn't taken off hold when they said they were going to. Wish me luck.
