appeals wont hurt a thing as long as they uphold the TOC Rules, law. For some things i think warnings are good but people got so carried away IMVU started to get sick of people acting like asses on the site and driving good people away so stronger rules came into affect and yes its now harder to get a band account back. Look at Facebook. you get disabled there you can kiss your account good bye among some other sites, so IMVU is just following suit I think.

i think users should get some kind of warning before getting banned...if the user did nothing wrong but got their account perma banned then yes! so i guess it depends on what they did that caused them to lose their account..

there is way to undo a ban, but you need a lot of patience and determination, the support is really stubborn, i took 1 month and half to get my account back after it got banned wrongly, they kept repeating me it was impossible, the only way is to keep annoying them, and if they start ignoring you, make alternatives account to reach them. Of course, you have to be innocent, or have good excuses, their support is really bad, they treat anyone as liars and as a result, the customers and the support are losing time uselessly

Hello imvu is managed by children that no matter how much you tell them something they do not understand they come up with their silly excuses are their rules that you accept them by Aser an account on their site but you are as you leave imvu ami I forbid the accounts with the absurdity protested that I used to hang out with people who did not follow the rules that for being a friend of that person, they also punished me, I see it as stupid now if you have a friend thief you are a thief if your friend is a drug addict you are a drug addict I was fighting with imvu my accounts for 3 years it was always the same answer, final decision not appealable, we only have two left to leave imvu forever or to be our own imvu because we will never receive adequate attention from imvu
