Program cant download files from torent or rapidshare or some other sites
its set bz admin on server how could i overwrite it and take that files ... be able to download anything i wish without limit ?

I use proxies to get around that sometimes, also look for rapidshare account names / passwords.

this is some camp and main server has blocked download for files bigger then 4MBs...
so dont know did he do it via ips... so proxy to work ...

1) I would try a different torrent program: http://www.vuze.com/
2) Next I would try ultrasurf to get around blocks: http://www.ultrareach.com/

^^ Both are well under 4mb

In order to fix this, we need to think like an admin...and find all of the ways he could have blocked files.

Next, lets make sure that the block is not really on the computer:
1) turn off windows firewall
2) reset Internet options

Does it give any type of error when you try to download over 4mb?

Have you tried booting into safe mode?
(While computer is starting up, press F8)

Can you tell us what OS the computer is running?

Try restarting your computer and in the Internet options, add the link for the download to the list of trusted sites?

You are using IE correct?

Is this a wireless connection, or is it coming from a cord?

....go into your network adapters and start looking at the properties.

You might want to look up the commands for cleaning your sockets in the CMD.

i use vuze for very long time and it dont work ... here ... also it could be becaose of configuration of comp cos its very .... bad in short description
situation is like this .. server isnt admin on comp i have full rights and he only is server admin he only block from there so ie options have nothing to do with that

i think cos trafic go thought them they block every request over 4MB... will try with ultrasurf and via proxy

when i try to download file from mega upload it tells me my ip is already downloading some sum of memory like 71236712 kb and dont allow me to download any file
or from any where else rapidshare or whatever ... server or cut files to smaller and only allow one packet to pass else nothing ... or something else

Do they make you connect with a name and password?

nothing .... many rooms conected with cable to port and we get net normaly nothing that will show server ... but it all goes trough it ...
