Dear all i would like to say thta you guys should hit gym on regular basis not only to stay git but also to stay active in ever field on every seconds of a day. It gives u freshness . The energy it gives through out the day was so embitious.
.should eat clean and bring activness yo the felield . If you are suffering from depression or heart break or anything you shpuld go gym it will hive you new life .

Pull you iut from depresiion and also heart broken people may love the gym gym and make it their discipline. Oit if 7 days should hit 6 days gym . Jist make your routine of exercises and dont skip tjem results will sjouwn not in 1 week not in 1 month not in year it will take time just you dont give up in any situation thats all i wanted to say . Fitness is very important in life if you are not fit wht you did in lifw you are just wasting it and not living ut fully yo the most .

Going gym in morning is better than going in evening. If you ho in morning uou will feel fresh and active through out the entire day . Which was very gud .thats and with

Dear all you should do workout on regular basis start it with ur home do pushups pullips situps it will pain in early basis but after that yiu will not feel pain . Pain will feel u .it your life make it large or small its your choice . In the end i would say fitness matters for everyone men women everyone . Get up and go gym .

The truth is you are right, I am going through a stage of anxiety, and I started recently with a bar that I have at home, the truth is that you forget about everything while you train and apart from that you can introduce small or long goals, which make you not give up or keep training. In addition, training helps you release all that energy that has accumulated by doing nothing, especially in these times when we are full of cell phones, training helps a lot, both physically and mentally, so as the friend says, if you are suffering from depression, anxiety or love problems, start training and if you still continue with those problems, keep training and ask for psychological help.
