i get that message on playspan and imvu surveys but if i turn my hotspot sheild on i can get them on imvu but still can`t on playspan. anyone have a clue how to get around this block?

Yup, have the same problem...
But in my case... Hotspot shield works good on IMVU surveys, but not on PlaySpan offers...

Sadly, i have no clue abou it.. i just change the IP changer..

yes its usually related to your IP and the offers available to your country .

same here thought i got banned from playspan offers :lol:

for no reason
well atleast i dont see a reason i just didnt login for a few days then i come back and bam theres the ban
no matter it doesnt help me anyways
