Well I needed the whole proof, and yahoo answers beat you guys to it :/

I did it My way ^^
Is it okay?
And Of course i dint use Yahoo answers

Proof :-

If we see AE, EF, ED .. They seem to be the radius of a circle.. and FA can be the diameter of the circle.. The angle made by a diameter of the circle is always 90 degrees.. so.. FE is also = x
CF = CA - FA
CF = 1 - 2x..

There you go..
