Good list, for torrents I just use torrentz.com , it's a search engine for everything.

I use Vuze to search and download my torrents: http://www.vuze.com/

Btjunkie.org does the same thing. It indexes torrents from both Public and Private Trackers. Torrentz.com is also good, I use it myself sometimes.
