Can anyone who is not an admin on this site please tell me if you are able to create a group on this page?: clubs.php

Thanks. We have had our own groups system up for over a year now and the only people who had made groups were admin on our site. I was worried that we had set it up wrong. Now I know we just need to give people an incentive to use our groups system rather than IMVU's, other than ours has more features and does not have IMVU staff trolling it with TOS.
