Does anyone know of a good source for text effect scripts for gimp that will work with version 2.10? All of the tutorials I find are old and use the “create logo” menu option that no longer exists in the current version.
I believe text effects are easier to make in photoshop but do not want to pay the monthly fee just for that when I am accustomed to gimp already. Also, gimp is releasing an update soon and I think there may be some easier options for text effect in that version. At least I hope so.
More specifically I am wanting to do a Diamond text effect for jewelry such as name necklaces. I have checked several online text effect generators as well but have not found a good one. If any of you have I would love a point in the right direction.
