Below are links to files you will need to get started with developing IMVU products in SketchUp.


Meshout Plugin v4
Meshout is the exporter used for exporting your mesh to xmf and xsf files.

Furniture Nodes 100-999

Camera Node

Roadkill
Roadkill is a program that once you have textured your model in sketchup you can use to take a map of your models textures and save it as a jpg etc so that you can use them in an image editing software such as gimp to place details accurately.

Balancer
If you make a poly heavy mesh or shows up heavy in IMVU then you can use this program to lower the mesh file size within SketchUp.

I wish I have found this thread sooner before I looked for the older version of sketchup lol. This is so helpful for sure.

You're better off with the older version anyway. I find Meshout to be much more useful for quick and effortless exporting to IMVU. Although iPort has some nice watermarking features, I have yet to get it working properly and I believe I could easily replicate it myself manually if I understand the technique properly.
