with google you will get an e-book that someone wrote when he/she was bored.The chances of you learning programming via e-book is really low,even if u do learn it'll be highly inefficient.

Here all the faculties are taken up in person so that you can clarify your doubts,improve your knowledge by transacting with your online teacher.

Just to clarify... I have been programming since I was 10 and I didn't only google. Will google provide you in person training with someone who has 9 year experience, let alone free, but even THIS cheap? No teacher will teach you the basics and advanced concepts under $40.
