Help please

I know I am new but a person I have had problems before found out about my new name and has been doing nothing but trashing both my wall and me every where they can. Normal I would have blocked them and I did but some how they have gotten unblocked three time. I am afraid of a h4c|<7r. Their IMVU is LonewolfBloodlust

You are only allowed to block 200 people.
