Close that ticket FAST!!! If IMVU inc finds out that non-vip dev account is owned by the same person as the disabled account, there is a good chance they will disable your dev account for being, "guilty by association".
I suggest making another dummy account.
Send the new dummy account to IMVED for free VIP.
Then use the new VIP account to file a new help ticked under the category "VIP club".
Normal IMVU help tickets about disabled accounts are currently taking 1.5 - 2.5 weeks to get an answer on.
However, VIP club tickets only take 1-3 days.
In the ticket, make sure you tell them the disabled account's email address, your ip address, the name you registered the account with, and the birthday you used on the account...to prove the account is yours. Then ask why the account was disabled. Ask them for details; who, what, when, where, and why. Tell them you are an new customer of IMVU with no other IMVU accounts, that you are new to the site, and that the account is only 1 day old with nothing really done on it.
