I have been having problems with a man for a long time on imvu now and have made three accounts trying to loose him but he's found me again so I thought that I would delete my account for a while they re open it as I have done this once before and then change my avatar name but the email link that imvu send you to re open your account doesnt seem to work this time It took me to a page that said :

We're sorry, but we're unable to restore your IMVU account at this time.

If you would like to restore your IMVU account, please
contact Customer Service for further assistance.

so I have sent a ticket asking them if my account can reopened. This is about 2 weeks ago now and all I have received is an automated response.

Could anyone tell my if it is likely that I will get my account back as I’m fed up making new accounts and have spent a lot of money on it.

P.S I have reported this guy numerous times even had to delete my email address then he got a hold of my new one so I deleted that too -.- I have had to resort to dealing with him myself by making new accounts ect imvu dont help much at all.

What response did IMVU inc customer support give you?

Did your account have VIP?

I have got my account back , it was faster then I expected

That's good to know. IMVU automated respond really are troublesome .even finding our way is better than thinking that they may handle it.

Ah, auto response are annoying and if this guy is stalking you there a way to find out how he knows who you are first you should check for spyware, etc.. because I mean I had someone (Physco chick) put shit to trace what ever I made.. and stalk me on it.. and if your trying to loose them premantly report it too a court and you can get a restraining order D sent to them
