This game is to discuss what people would change or remove from IMVU's terms of service.

I would start by removing IMVU's shit out of luck clause which says they can disable you at any time without warning or reason. Til that is removed from the TOS, you can add / remove anything from the TOS you want and it will mean nothing.

If i could rewrite the IMVU TOS i would write in : Don't read, none of this has any meaning anyways.

Indeed it is . Well i never got my account banned for that . but my account was banned for 3000 days for not listing my correct age shesh my age listed was 18 when im 17 . But seriously 3000 days wow why couldnt they just made it like until i was 18 idk maybe 6 months? 3000 days is abit harsh . Also when i did try to give them the photo OF MY PERSONAL DOCUMENT . They kept repeating the same bull message blah blah blah you need to send us a scanned copy of blah blah blah . i gve them a effing photo of my passport that had a age clearly visible and still blah blah blah scanned copy . i told them i dont have a scanner.
If i had to rewrite the TOS i would make it that if the help center send a copy paste message without reading the content of the message that we could report them and have them take them off their job untill they learn to type their own god damn responce after reading the freaking ticket.

I don't read the TOS, which I'm sure I should, but I agree with Don's post a lot. Accounts that get disabled without a warning/email/notification is harsh.

did anybody read a contract a rule or whatever in his life to read tos
already installing a software they put a document and ask if i accept i accept without reading
i bet people dont even read their rent contracts just like me
i prefer reading actual books

I would re write it so it's not full of contradictions and unclear rules. I would make it fair to the users and harsh to the REAL offenders.
