A number of secular explanations have been offered for the origin of the incubus legends. They involve the medieval preoccupation with sin, especially sexual sins of women.[citation needed] Victims may have been experiencing waking dreams or sleep paralysis. Also, nocturnal arousal, orgasm or nocturnal emission could be explained by the idea of creatures causing an otherwise guilt-producing and self-conscious behavior.[3] Alternatively, the influence of incubi could also have been invoked to explain otherwise "unexplainable" pregnancies out of wedlock.

Purported victims of incubi could have been the victims of sexual assault by a real person. Rapists may have attributed the rapes of sleeping women to demons in order to escape punishment. A friend or relative may have assaulted the victim in her sleep. The victims and, in some cases the clergy,[4] may have found it easier to explain the attack as supernatural rather than confront the idea that the attack came from someone in a position of trust.
i was just reading about incubus demons and i wanted to save it on my pc o.o

So cute, so dear, and so sad. He is lost without Thomas. But not even Thomas sees it, unfortunately. I love it, though it makes me sad.

Thank you. I'm glad it conveys the emotion I'd intended.

Certainly it does. My heart aches for the poor thing. I wish I could make him better; but sadly for me, I am not the Thomas he seeks.

Whatever do you mean by that?
That....startles me not a little.
That you would say that. It may be no more than a joke, off the cuff, as it were, but do tell me what you mean. You have my attention now, certainly.

((EXPLANATION: Was showing a skype friend some correspondence regarding a bit of artwork some where on the net...What I said, and what they said. It was.....rattling, to say the least. O o))

I personally think each of your diaries is very interesting to read. o3o
You're not like an ordinary person, lolol. That's why.
By the way, how is your little fabulous sister doing? =)

Yeah, sure, stalk away! ^~^ I mean, 'READ'!

And... The fact that I would be using the internet every working day would be a distractor for my studies. I just can't concentrate on writing a work or searching for information for my homework if I can, for example, log on MSN and chat with my friends for hours. >w<
And same, I feel terrible if I don't get my weekly dose of internet. =3=''

LOLOLOLOL, that was a Guestbook comment I wrote in my friend's Guestbook on some site. Had to Ctrl + C it because for the first time it didn't let me post it, so had to reload the page and repeat. ._.

I wonder, from reading these posts, how many people secretly go find something uber "cool" to copy and pretend to have been doing something related to said uber "cool" topic

Last thing I copied was: A9jrgjhi4Hlvf94

A temporary password given by a site I forgot my password to. Who actually remembers those things?
