Here is my submission. It is a mafia pony shooting a hot babe made of fire in front of a rainbow control panel.
It is symbolic of Chris's transformation from Mr Fire to Control Panel, with a pony theme cause I am not going to let Padrino Falcon out brony me.

After fiddling around with my graphics program and my resource folder for a couple hours, I finally decided to go simple and this is what I came up with:

Tools:
Paint.Net
Photoshop

Work:
Custom paint drip from the font
Merged the money and the man from separate images
Cut the man's fingers to make it appear he's holding the money
Did some highlighting on the jewelry in PS
Gradient on the man to make his bottom cut less noticeable
Ran the font through a color flipping plugin
