well i just used google translate, and at first i thought that it was spanish, but i was wrong lol, its Italian. and the translation that i got was:

Yeah, I tried that, but I have no idea what they mean by that.
It seems like the translator skipped out on something important.
I am pretty sure 'Subscribe' should be 'Registered', but I am not sure if they are complaining that they are having trouble registering or if they are telling people not to register, or something else.

I was thinking maybe they got an email from our site somehow and are complaining because they never signed up for our site to receive emails.

If that's the case, you could always add a sentence or 2 too the registration page telling people to put the url into Google translate. Or even better, provide a link that does it for them. Maybe that will help with new registrations.
