This is the new version of IMVU Shop.

Image

I personally think it is better than older version. What are your opinions on it?

It looks like all they did was replace the drop downs which had words with the same pictures they use for the inchat inventory.

It looks better, but I can never remember what the pictures mean. Don's old eyes do not see as well as they use to.

I tend to use the website's version of the shop where I have more control over the data, I can see the pids and stuff.
Hmm...that is a good idea, we should add visible pids to the products in the shop.

I don't see a point of adding PIDS to the shop

Pids are the key value in IMVU's product database.
Having quick access to them makes hacking easier.

I don't think that should be too hard I suppose.

I kinda like it to be honest. It's nice to see them working things again instead of just adding new crap into the client. Now, if only they would work on bugs.

As for adding pids to the shop, yeah, it should be simple enough, the only thing that I am worried about, is where they will be put. The shop is cramped as it is Don and if you remember from our avi card discussion, then you'll know I don't like overlapping text lol.

Hmm, maybe a little icon below each product in the catalog that will pop up a box with the pid in it.

There are complaints going around that the new shop does not allow you to try on outfits like the old shop did.

Have you figured out how to get pop ups to work in the client now? I remember none of the code ever worked before.
