1) your problem

lost acount *******

2) how this problem effects you

i cant play with my cousin cause he cant access his account he forgot his password and he cant recover it because he use a random email on it..

he remember the last password he use is "*********" but it wont work it wont log him in

is there a help you can do?

Did you ever buy anything on the account with real money?

What did your IMVU friend use to buy the VIP?

You will need to file a help ticket on IMVU with your friend's credit card number as proof of ownership over the account.
