There might be a reason we removed it in the first place.
Did we make sure that he has a valid email address and that he has separate login / display names?

No, I did not but considering when I went to re add him, he already had Mad Scientist status anyway so i guess you already gave it back.

I did re give him vip status though, so that's why he couldn't see the vault since he couldn't access the section it was in.
