First off download the Flash Media Encoder - http://www.justin.tv/broadcast/fmle3
Then download the Config File - http://www.justin.tv/broadcast/fmle3_config

Go - File > Open Profile
Image

Then lead it to wherever your Config File is :

Image

Once that is done you'll be able to connect to your Justin.tv stream but your not done yet!

Download Manycam - http://download.manycam.com/

When Manycam is finished installing. There will be the logo for the output. To fix that go to the Effects tab and click "Text Over Video" and uncheck this box - Image

After that! Head to your control panel > Sound > Recording > Rightclick "Show Disabled Devices" > Click "Enable" on this if it comes up - Image

Then go back to Flash Media Encoder and set these two options - Image

Once you do that, YOUR ALL SET TO STREAM!

Oh and if you can't figure out where to stream from using Manycam look here - Image "Sources" tab and click any of the options and it'll be all set.

I'm pretty sure you can figure the rest of ManyCam out by yourself :D

Not the greatest tut in the world but it's short and simple. If you need any help PM Me.

Please Thank me or increase my karma, I took the time to put this all together. :D //.Spring

First of all I am going to say I am going to quote the above tutorial OR you can do the following which is way way better.

Xsplit

1. First Download and Install Xsplit from http://www.xsplit.com/ it is free to use, do not pay attention to the licensing thing. The only time you would need to purchase a license is when you either A. Need more scene's setups cause you can set up pre-loaded scenes depending on what you are streaming / recording or B. Need to change the resolution to a resolution that doesn't come with the free download.
2. Go to Broadcast > Edit Channels and use your Twitch.TV or Justin.TV account, Twitch.TV is for gaming purposes and Justin.TV is for other stuff or so they say. You should be able to just stream by inputing your username and password... easy right?

FOR PC:

Usually you only need one microphone to capture your voice if you do face cams with your streaming it will work catch both the game/desktop audio and your voice audio. To edit your sound input after you set up your broadcast channel go to Tools > General Settings to make sure your audio is configured right.

FOR CONSOLE STREAMING:

This is where it gets tricky there will be several things you need to get and I am going to link amazon pages...

1. Either a capture card that is inside of your PC that accepts AV Inputs from consoles. OR a dazzle which is the only thing I am going to link too for capture card purposes. http://www.amazon.com/Avid-Technology-D ... rds=Dazzle
2. Some videos say you need couplers but you dont really need them what I would do is put a Red label on one, Yellow Label on one and White Label on the other one so you need 3 of these. http://www.amazon.com/RiteAV-RCA-Splitt ... V+Splitter
3. You are going to need this as well a male to male RCA cable where it plugs into the female part on the tv and into the splitters. http://www.amazon.com/RiteAV-Audio-Vide ... e+AV+Cable
4. Lastly you are going to need this only 1 of them. http://www.amazon.com/3-5mm-Stereo-Fema ... e+to+3.5mm

So in summary you need:

1 Dazzle
3 Female to Male Splitters
1 6 foot Male to Male RCA cable
1 Female to Male AV cable to 3.5mm jack

First of all to set this up you need to know XSPLIT and DAZZLE audio are not COMPATABLE. The splitters and 3.5mm jack fix this issue.

1. First of all plug the 6 foot Male to Male RCA into the back of your TV into you input you want to use.
2. Next grab one splitter and plug the yellow into one end that goes to the tv then the yellow of the console's or rather video input and plug both into a splitter, then plug that splitter into the yellow. The rest will remain empty.
3. Next plug the Audio cables Red and White into their own splitters, both from the 6 foot cable or however long you got and from your console. DO NOT PLUG THEM INTO THE DAZZLE.
4. Instead take that 3.5mm and RCA jack plug the Splitter ends into it red and white.
5. Plug the 3.5mm Jack into the 3.5mm Microphone jack on your computer/laptop or the Line In jack, if you don't have a Line In just use your microphone jack. Set up your sound in xplit to pick up the audio FROM THAT JACK.
6. If you want a face cam plug in a webcam or whatever and to get audio from that you need either a USB microphone or just use that webcam microphone.
7. To get audio to the webcam you need to go to your START menu down at the task bar go to Control Pannel > Sound.
8. In sound go to the USB microphone you want to pick up audio from and right click it go to properties, click listen and check the listen to this device.
9. If you don't like the feedback get a pair of 3.5mm jack headphones and plug it into your 3.5mm headphone jack, this will cut out the feedback when you start streaming.
10. Go to Xplit then go to to broadcast and click on the account you made earlier with XSPLIT and you should be streaming you might have to redo it a few times here and there adjust your bitrate at what you stream with so you won't eat up your bandwidth.

The rest is pretty straight forward, to use images in your background go to ADD > Media File
To throw in a skype call yo to Add > Screen Region and click the little call widget that pops up same for capturing their video too, make them stream their video through the skype call. You have to pay for a license to do it the other way around, this is the free way to capture that. Next up if you want to stream from the dazzle set up go to ADD Camera and select dazzle and if you want to face cam while doing that do the same with the webcam you are using. Also to stream a particular program all you have to do is Add > Screen Region and click the program's window your wanting to stream. This will enable you to move it around on your desktop without it cutting out if you decide to move your windows around. You just cant move a window ontop of that window though otherwise it will capture the other window as well.
