Banned IMVU account - payment fraud?

I've had my IMVU account for many years, and been really happy for it. But I always had this rule never to spend money on IMVU my self, because I knew it wouldn't go anywhere. Anyway.. When I finally decided to spend a little money, IMVU bans me for payment fraud. IMVU to me, seems to be unable to see my purchase which I made the 30th of January. And they only see a payment I did the 25th of December. I got proof of my payment, I've send it to them. And I've really done everything I could think off. But they still want me to pay for charge backs, which I do not even understand what is. I read a bit about it, and apparently it is when you get your bank to pull back the money. I have not done so. And every time I come with new evidence in my case, IMVU replies back with I have to settle and pay those charge backs before they can open my account again.
And by the way - each time I bought credits was through ZONG, I've phone called them, and they proved to me that I did pay and such.

I might have misunderstood something somewhere.. But - every time I ask, they just tell me to pay and nothing more. I haven't really been responded on anything. I got it all in a help ticket, so if you would like to know more I'll gladly post the help ticket I made on my dummy account.

So, help? I'd really like some one to explain to me what is going on. And if there is anything I can do. If not.. Well, then I suppose I'll just have to go on begging knees for my parents and have them pay the charge backs. Since I do not have a credit card my self, and they want it to be payed though paypal..

Thank you for reading

Make sure you take out any personal info though, and take out your account name etc. etc..

I wonder if they simply don't care about your proof and want to squeeze some money out of you. I would call them, continuously send them tickets, contact the reseller again and see if they will help you in anyway. Keep pestering IMVU and never give into paying them.

Thanks. I will if this doesn't work out. My dad sorta had a rage and have told ZONG to do something about it in less then a week. If they don't do anything, I'll call IMVU and complain. Because this is driving me nuts.

I would just sue them for $25.00 and you will most likely get you account back

Sorry you're having to go through this mess. Follow their advice to call directly and dont let up. Keep asking up the chain of command who can make a decision, but it looks like you are not in the US. So if calling is not an option continue your conversation with your supporting evidence through your help ticket. Keep us updated.
