Hi guys,i want some info please.
I have a friend that her account have been disabled.
IMVU staff sey that she used some illegal software on imvu,but it's not true she didn't ever used a illegal software like that.
I sended a help ticket to imvu and this they have been respond to me :

It's there another way's to get her account reactivated?
She gave me all the info of her account to help but was not usefull.
