IMVU are disabling all people now for the same reason..

First, file a help ticket on IMVU asking for your account back.
Wait for a response.
Second, download, fill out, and send in a complaint form to the California Department of Consumer Affairs: http://www.dca.ca.gov/online_services/c ... ccru.shtml
Staple a copy of your help ticket to the form.
Wait for a response.
Go to your local court house with a copy of the response and pay $29 to take IMVU to small claims court.
Just tell the truth.

If you are under 18, you might have to get your parents involved.

You can still contact California Consumer Affairs, but afterwards if you are outside of the US, I am pretty sure you will have to send legal matters through a California process server.

You don't. You'd only get banned for using T3DE if you used it incorrectly.
