Deactivated Account of my friend. ??

Hi guys,i want some info please.

I have a friend that her account have been disabled.
IMVU staff sey that she used some illegal software on imvu,but it's not true she didn't ever used a illegal software like that.

I sended a help ticket to imvu and this they have been respond to me :

It's there another way's to get her account reactivated?

She gave me all the info of her account to help but was not usefull.

Tell them to send the ticket to their supervisor. Also, tell them that their research is wrong. Your account was h4c|<7d.

I heard that their rate is about $200 per bribe per account.
