How to get any item past rating stage.

This works for Grey Market Reg items as well. All you need to do is submit the product (I recommend hidden) and keep refreshing the page that shows if you get "Yes" or "No's" if you see too many negatives go to the original product page and click edit item and double click a checkbox which won't change anything in the item then click "Apply Changes" and submit again it shouldn't take anymore credits.

the real trick is to buy the latest technology for black market peer review (which passes in all forums of detection and is located under the mafias grey market labeled with PBR) and you wont have to keep re submitting which was what we all did any how. and did you know alot of people who fail your product will also report it because if it passes anyway then there fail vote ment nothing.

Yeah, there are tons of devs that memorize the pids of the products they fail. Then they go back a week latter to make sure the person's product failed. If the product passed, then they flag the product to send it to CS review.

The only way to get around the flagging and CS review problem is with PRB (Peer Review Busters), which beat both Peer Review and Customer Service Review.
