How to whisper via codes?

Hi, I've been wondering how to whisper a specific target (even if they are not in the room, which in this case will give the error message of the target not being in the room) I tried a code such as *msg begintext 2 myID 2 targetID, but no idea how to add a message after that. Is there something I'm missing here? I already have VIP so all I need is to figure out how to whisper any target (reason is, that I need to send a specific message to them once they enter the room via a bot).

I don't believe there is a whisper code..but if I had vip, what I would do is get into a chat with someone and run network capture tool (like Fiddler) while I whispered them to see what your client is sending back to IMVU's server.
