My acc was h4c|<7d from one girl. She inv me and then ask to vote for her, I pressed the link, wanted to be good person, add my email and password and then... My acc was h4c|<7d. Yea, I know Im silly but... I just want to help her (yeah...). I wrote to imvu support but 3 times they answer me for the same form... I buyed AP, Guest remove, credits... and now my email is gone. This girl tried to h4c|< my yahoo mail too. I want my account back I cant change my email from the form cuz:

"We're sorry, but we're unable to reset your IMVU account
email address at this time.

If you suspect somebody is trying to harass you or tamper with your IMVU account, please
contact Customer Service for further assistance.

And now my account is gone it was Xrisiii, no member with this name anymore. Please, help me.

I was playing since 3 years. I love this game, I had many thing... I want my account. This depressed me.
3) Where in IMVU this problem is comming from

As you can see from the page's title, your account was disabled. The person who phished your account most likely used it to scam other people as well and got it disabled.

You can not change your email address on the account because the account was disabled.

In your help ticket, you need to tell them that the h4c|<7r disabled your account. Send them your own ip address, credit card number used on the account, original email address of the account, yout birthday, the date you made the account, your full name, and the date that the account was stolen from you.

Thank you for the help. I have this information but I dont have the credit card cuz one my friend make the payment with his own card and... I dont have last numbers so I cant provide it. Also I dont know my first email cuz it was fake and it was something like that "sujfhdufhsdufhsd@..."

Then tell them that the credit card is expired and it is illegal in your country to keep an expired credit card, so you no longer have it.

You will still need to provide proof of payment though. Hopefully you paid for something yourself.

As for not knowing your first email address, you might be able to tell them the oldest one you can remember; not sure.

I find the friend who buy me stuff and he give me his last 4 diggs, names, adress, (wanted for the 1 ticket) paypal acc (for the 2 ticked when i said that my card is not valide) and number of transactions. But I dont really know what name I use to register is Xrisi Vasileva or Hrisi Vasileva or Hristina Vasileva and my first e-mail doesnt chance to remember it. Think that this may be a problem, @Don Von Free Credits ?

So... everything is okey, I was really happy to see this and then... try to log on imvu.com and then... If I try to put email with this password -> Message: Error: this account has been disabled for 0 more days.

And I cant log in

If I try to log with Xrisiii and password -> Error: invalid avatar name or password

At imvu page my acc is disable again. I have to wait or what? -.-
