multiple account "detection"

ok i have two friends who believe there respective mates on imvu are actually the same person but have no proof to accuse them/him, aside from the two never being online at the same time, speaking the same, and other things that cause a red flag for them. is there anyway to actually see if they are in fact the same person?

the only reason i have issues with this and need the families help is because i do not want my friends being played like that and once i heard the problem from them i had to investigate but turned up nothing. this guy/guys, to my knowledge, has nothing but imvu for a ip link and both avatars refuse to share anything even with the people they claim to "love irl"

Have they tried setting up an impromptu double date?

yes they have, on multiple occasions and either one or both failed to show every time

update: OK so i was looking threw the downloads and found this viewtopic.php?f=158&t=10105 which might be exactly what i was looking for, mostly because the suspect(s) said that they where friends even tho they live states apart. now why would someone say they are friends with another person and not have them on the friends list? neither profile is set to privet, i checked before hand, so this has to be correct info i'm getting........right?
