Good evening my friend and the state changed the pass and e-mail
and no longer able to access your account. swiped by some one. thanks if you can help me.

He made many spell mistakes, this is why you can't translate it. "Hello everyone, my friend got disabled her account without reason. I believe someone changed her password and Email as well. If you're able to get it back, I'll give you her avi name. Thank you."

I didn't even attempt to translate what they said, hence why I said "Can't be assed to translate your message today".

Reading from the translated version, why don't you tell IMVU exactly what you told us? Though I highly doubt they will give you back an account now days. They say they check the IP, mac address, HWID etc when they ban an account. So if she was h4c|<7d, they'd pick that up. I can guarantee that's what the will tell you. You just got to annoy them for a while with multiple different excuses and your friend can get their account back. That's the key.

Tell your friend to check his/her e-mail. IMVU also e-mails people if their password or e-mail has changed. They also include an undo link, so just in case if it was h4c|<7d, you always have the option to revert and say it wasn't you who did it.

Normally when an account is h4c|<7d they change email and password of the account and an email is send by imvu and here you can revert and say it was not you who change it..unless they tend not to use this account and just have this account disabled for some purpose of getting credits etc...or just merely hacking...and since it is so hard to get this account back from imvu,,,it is really sad...Wish your friend could get it back...goodluck! :roll:
