Try:
1. Uninstall IMVU completely. Delete all temp files too.
2. Change your mac address
3. Change your IP
4. Change your HWID
(All found on google or YouTube if you don't know how to do this)

Not sure if it will remove the restriction, but your future accounts won't be affected.

I have about a dozen grandfathered creators that lost create mode access because they had not submitted a product in over a year.

How can they do that? No where do they mention creator removal of create status due to lack of usage. Utter bullshit way to reduce the number of grandfathered accounts. But what the hey theyre just fucking themselves.
It will be a matter of time before all grandfathered accounts will be stripped of create w/o VIP.
