hellow imvu mafia is nice to be in this site but i really want to know if you guys can help me to recover my imvu account i got h4c|<7d in 3 day ago and i call imvu and they dont do nothing about it so im sad how i lost my imvu account if you guys know how to get it back let me know please and thx you

well listen i was on 3D Chat public room right. i was with friends on public that day there a random guy join that chat saying alot of think then he leave the chat.. at the next day he send me a msj saying '' i like your avatar i will h4c|< your avatar and im gonna use it for me and few insult'' so i send a msj laughting about him and reporting him but went i was gonna do that i send the picture to imvu and sending ticket then at the next day i was trying to log in to my avatar and the password was incorret i check to my email to see if i get change from something and my email and i didnt see nothing of imvu everythink was delete i put my email to lost password went i try that imvu dont send me nothing to my email is like some one h4c|< your email and deleting everythink so you dont get the last email from changing password or email so i call imvu and talk to him and they say they cant get my avatar because dont have my email or any credit card on that avatar so right now that guy is online using my imvu account i dont know what he doin with my avatar i have familly on imvu like regular person and now i cant play there so this was my history i really need help i wanna get my avatar back please

What did you use to pay for credits on IMVU?

So sad to hear that you lost your imvu account because someone h4c|<7d your account....I am sure someone here would help you with it....for the mean time....since you said your account is being used and logging in....maybe u should try to report it on the time it is being use...if you really want to recover your account...maybe you should consider making the account you use now....put a $10 dollar prepaid card get vip so you can contact imvu using vip chat on the support panel...or if you are from California maybe call imvu direct...I know it takes time and effort to recover accounts on imvu...a lot of us weren't able to get it back....GOODLUCK!
