IMVU AP "GROUPS"

As an AP user I've always wondered what the point of joining an AP group is. Do most people that have AP join groups? Are they even that active? I personally like just setting up a room and meeting people that way.

Any thoughts?

Ive joined a couple just to be polite but I dont see the purpose of them. Making rooms are THE best way to make friends.

For me they could take it away that feature and bring it back voice chat

imvu groups in general use to be like these forums, 20K members and if you're lucky they were active, new posts every hour, very easy to make friends and talk on different topics in threads

Most people now a days instead of joining AP groups will end up joining rooms to chat with other people
