Is that an IMVU bug?

Hello y'all, I'm currently making business with some developers, am leaving open derivation only for some of them. Well, sometime after they derived my item, I can't back to close them, which is weird because it's random and not for all the items I used in this way.

Anyone can help me in it? I didn't find posts related to that on the IMVU forum.

Not sure if it's a bug or not, but from my experience once a mesh has been derived from the price and derivation setting are locked. Then can no longer be changed. Only way to prevent from further derivations is to hide it from the catalog.

Maybe it's possible to change by filing help ticket?

I prefer to avoid HT, to not have eyes on my creator acc. However hiding produc can solve quickly my issue, I can make a copy as not derivable on catty as well, thanks a lot hun.
