Correct. Developers usually use dummy accs to buy their own items or some of them gives credits to friends to buy and gift it at certain list of customers. There is some trick to know but nothing else about to spend a minimum coverage to 100k or more per item.

Incorrect. Just Imvu allows to devs to buy their items in this way, bcs they are greedy and this "front page war" is not surely a great view to see the best items but just a false view.... money money money for fatty imvu.
