Correct. If someone disables your account using this method, then not only do you have to pay back the cost of the credits sent to you ... you also have to pay back the cost of credits they sent to anyone else, including credits they bought for themselves.

I've seen people have to pay back over a grand for a small number of fraudulent credits someone else sent them to get them disabled.

First of all you should call imvu there little help ticket bullshit seems like a automated reply bot. ROFL... Second of all.. Dont ever tell IMVU that someone else has your password. THATS A BIG NO NO THEY TAKE THAT MORE SERIOUSLY THEN CREDIT FRUAD ITS SELF. IF I WAS YOU ID CALL AND TRY AND SAY YOUR ACCOUNT WAS h4c|<7d IF THE PRUCHASE IF FROM YOUR ACCOUNT IF NOT THAT MEANS SOMEONE ELSE SENT YOU CREDITS!! AND REVERSE THE CHARGES BUT THEY WOULD BE DISABLED TOO RIGHT NOW ON THERE ACCOUNT.. be careful what you say. if you know the purchase is from your account id say i was h4c|<7d. if you didnt make any purchase on your account and it didnt reverse anything on your card back to you. tell them someone sent you credits and if they resist giving your belonings back id threat with a small claims court. Also going about Don approach and proving you follow TOS and are a good person might help you in the end but IMVU dont like to give accounts back. And btw usernames in those screenies thats not safe too but then again your already disabled..

Yes, I would still try calling them. You get different people who know more about IMVU through phone support.
