when i extractor the folder it comes up empty so i cant even get to use it

You sure the chkn you're using the extractor on has assets? It could be a derived product and only have an index file.
Open the chkn with WinRaR or 7Zip and look inside it.

Some developers have found way to try and protect themselves, and they are getting better at it, so kudos to them. But one common way is to submit the product on another account and then derive from that product on their normal account. When you try to get assets from a derived product you wont get them, I believe you can only get the assets from the parent product.

Yep, that's typical of a derived product. Whether or not you're trying to protect your product.
Btw, this program is not a product ripper. It's an archive extractor. It simply takes the assets from a chkn file and puts them into a folder. It's mostly for people who don't know how to open chkn files themselves.

Not in the way you're thinking. This program does not download anything from IMVU. It opens the chkn file you already have on your computer and takes the assets you want and puts them in a folder.
