Temporary ban

Greetings, mafia.
So, here is my predicament...
Someone on IMVU asked my age and I answered '14', which was a PAINFULLY OBVIOUS JOKE. That person then reported me for being a different age to what I had said I was, and I woke up the next morning with a 24 hour ban on my account and an email from IMVU saying that my account's age has been changed to the 'admitted' age (14).
The ban has lifted now, but all of my favourited rooms are no longer visible, and my age says 14, although I am 19. Does anyone know if there's any way to get this fixed, besides submitting the case to IMVU? I've tried that multiple times, but it hasn't worked at all.

You would have to speak to IMVU Support; If you have VIP just use the Live Chat, it's much quicker. Provide a photo of your I.D and anything else they ask for, usually verification that it's your account; What email, last 4 digits of the card you used for transactions, ect.
