When my sister try to login to her account on IMVU it say no account is linked to facebook it is linked to facebook please help me or her fix the issues ?

She try to reset it but she did not got no reset password email link to her email because her facebook was link and not link to it no more but she make a new account if she made a new account and link the same facebook to it can she get the old account back or no ?
