I don't think you can get banned violating the tos with cuss words would take alot more warning then just one. And her having her age set to a older age then she is would get her banned not you. What i would try to do if you want to get her banned is get her to admit her age and report it. It will forsure backfire well atleast for a little. There is no way to prove you was out trying to find minors. but stay away from minors. I always go for the people with age verify even though there is ways to get past that. But simple minds don't try.

To be honest, this is true in almost any website with TOS, there is a big fraction of people who just check '' I accept the TOS of x site '' and then doesn't know what breaks and dont break the rules.

Lets put it this way...I have thrown alot of very Not so nice words at some bimbo in a room etc as well as her stating that she h4c|<s peoples accounts for which I reported the whole convo to IMVU..And myy words were very colorful not proud of but well I called it like it was or should say as she is and I thought I would get in troupble for all the colorful words that I used but literally nothing happened to either of us I know nothing happened to her as she still is on IMVU and me all I got was a warning for using words of color.. several years back when I was heavy into RP etc I used to use abrasive words and was reported when TOS was important to RPers and I ended up with 400 and something warnings and no bans...What I ended up getting banned for 2 weeks for was well creating a BM item and selling it which was funny as hell...A little que in ...That is why you always have a alt back up just in case you do get the proverbial ban.

Anyways don't worry as you see several on here say warnings are just warnings and not to sweat them and if something was gonna happen normally within a week you would know if not in a few days so if you are still playing and no warning messages in your inbox then don't fret..Just remember next time with filling the room with colorful words make sure it's a AP room because then well they can't say anything to you as they are more concerned about the colorful words in GA rooms where yes supposively known minors are in them.

I've been reported multiple times, imvu staff won't do a damn thing. I've also been harassed and bullied and reported it and imvu won't do shit..

Don't think you'll get banned, there's plenty of persons getting reported because the people reporting them got mad for some reasons. I think it'll take more than 2 reports to get you banned, so I wouldn't worry about it!

Yeah I've seen some bs over the years and I'm usually don't do shit. I've been called the "N" word but some dude who was harassing my and my dancers just because of the way I typed. Like wow ok.

I honestly don't think you would get into any sort of trouble from doing that. I mean saying stuff like that these days sadly is a lot what internet is like these days. (Especially in the younger age community, they throw rude words out like there's no tomorrow, they probably don't know they can cause real harm with that).


I really don't think the staff would so sensitive about banning anyone because of them being rude to someone especially if it's once or twice thing. They might look into it more if you keep stalking someone to be a constant bother or do it often enough in many places which would obviously lead into many reports piling up. If you had dozens of these and show to be a constant bother by being very rude to everyone I think that might be a different case. Even during those I'd question the chances of getting banned, I mean I'm quite a sarcastic asshole myself most of the time if I know you, it's just sort of the way I speak in, I might have probably been banned for long enough of time worth of few lifetime lol.


Anyhow I think you'll be fine, try not to worry about it too much. If something comes out of it, I'm sure you could message the IMVU team back and see how does that go. But seeing how many rude people runs around I doubt they even react to this kind of report at all lol .

the only thing that I maybe worried about is trigger and still I'm not so worry cause as I were vip I communicate with customer support and they tell me if you have those triggers that would lead to a instant account disabled or "banned" and I was like u gonna just do that to someone after spending so much money on imvu and the was like you know the risks so that is the only thing that prolly had me worried!
